Are your prices all inclusive?


The price you see is the price you pay!. This includes the tyre delivery to your selected fitting centre, the fitting of the tyre and any associated costs such as valves and balancing, it is also inclusive of VAT – there will be no hidden surprises! Please be aware that some other websites will not be fully inclusive and may advertise discounted prices if you have 3 or more tyres giving you a “nasty” surprise on checkout….

Why are our prices so competitive?


We work with several suppliers to keep our costs down and ensure we use the most cost effective way to source your order, we also do not have large warehouses, by working in this way we can pass the savings that we make onto you, our customer.

Why should I order my tyres from Easy Wheels?


Our prices are extremely competitive compared with the “high street” and other online companies, we also give you a specific date and time of the fitting so you know exactly what is happening. In addition to this after an initial order all are customers are offered exclusive special offers and incentives for referring friends, its our way of thanking you!

Within the website we have a lot of tyre information, reviews and news which will almost certainly be of interest.

What happens once I place my order?


All that is required to order a tyre is your vehicle registration number – its that simple!!

If you are unsure of your registration or would like to order custom tyres for your vehicle the details of the tyre will be required, width, diameter, ratio and speed rating. These are found on the side wall of the tyre, which is explained in detail (View tyre guide).

Your order can be placed on the website or by calling one of our customer service team. Once your order has been placed we will send a confirmation email containing your order and payment information. Your tyres will then be sent to your preferred fitting centre ready for you to arrive and for them to be fitted.

Prior to your fitting we will send a further email with the details of your appointment and a map for your assistance, your receipt will also be attached. This will be completed 24hours prior to your fitting appointment.

What happens once I get to the garage?


When you arrive at the garage for your appointment, all you need is your order number (which will read something like EW123456) – just quote this number to the fitter on your arrival and your tyres will be fitted for you.

Where can I get the tyres fitted?


We have a large array of fitting garages, these are easily searchable when making your purchase so that you can select the most convienient location. When you arrive for your appointment, your tyres will be ready and waiting for you.

Do I have to organise my own fitting?


Not at all, we have a large array of associated fitting garages, if you are unable to find a garage in your area or have a preferred garage, please call us and we will arrange the tyres to be delivered to your preferred location.

Do you offer sameday fitting?


We are unable to offer same day fitting because of the way our tyres are delivered to your chosen fitting centre, however we can arrange for them to be fitted within 24hours from the time of your order.

Do I have to sign or pay for anything at the Fitting Centre?


No!!! Once you have provided your order number the fitting centre will carry out the fitting for you.

If you require any additional services, tracking, wheel alignment, this must be arranged with the garage independently.

Will the Fitting Centre give me a receipt?


Unless you are having additional work carried out, no receipt will be issued by the fitting centre, your receipt will be emailed from the Easy Wheels customer service team.

How do I know what my tyre size is?


With our unique vehicle registration software, once your registration number has been entered, your vehicles standard tyre sizes will be displayed, if you have custom tyres or for some reason your vehicle is not recognized, the tyre size is easily visible on the side wall of the tyre (View tyre guide).

Should I mix Tyres?


Easy Wheels can not recommend mixing tyres, however you are able to mix and match if you wish as long as the tyre specifications match your existing tyres.

Easy Wheels does also not recommend fitting directional tyres to the rear unless you also have them on the front. You can however choose to fit directional tyres only to the front with non directional tyres fitted to the rear.

NB: The Key for the locking wheel nuts can quite often be found with the spare wheel and car jack.

What happens if I do not have the Key for my Locking Wheel Nuts?


The fitting centre will be able to remove the locking nuts with specialist equipment, As this would be considered to be an additional service an additional charge could be incurred. Please check with the fitting centre as to the cost.

How do I apply a promotion code?


If you have a Discount or Promotional Code it can be entered at the check out stage of your order. This will then be activated and will be reflected in your final costing.

How do I log in to My Account?


We will ask you to provide a username or your email address and a password, this will store your previous orders making return visits even speedier!!.

I have forgotten my password


No Problem!! Just click on the “forgotten password” icon and we will ask you a security question and send you out a new one, if you have any trouble doing this, give one of our customer service assistants a call and we will be more than happy to help!.
